We have installed a new version of the Gallery 2 software. Unfortunately, there are some complications between this version and the rest of our website. We apologize for any inconeinence this update may have caused, but please understand that we're doing everything we can to resolve the problems as quickly as possible. We have found that if you refresh the page it will often display the missing thumbnails. Clicking on the name of the album will still work and the thumbnails within the album should display fine.  Thank you for your patience.

Happy New Year! We're excited to announce that thanks to your support and patronage we're able to offer both a new look to our website and a increase in web server performance. We have purchased additional memory for our server which will double the current memory. The new look is already implemented (if you have any viewing problems, please consult the tech support forums), and the memory will be installed over the weekend. This will make the loading and displaying of pages in the Gallery even faster.

Are you having trouble logging in to the new website? Don't worry! Your account has not been deleted and your photos are still safe and secure on our system. The migration to our new web format has created problems in a few cases. This is how you fix it: 

1. Click on Forgot Password under the login box.
   
2. Enter your username and email address. Your username is cAsE-SenSitiVe!
3. If you enter the correct information, the website will E-Mail you a new password and you will be able to login again.
4. If you cannot remember your username or password, please contact KYAMY through Bi411 for assistance.

Please note, for security reasons we cannot lookup lost passwords. We can, however, assign you a new password. If you do not get the confirmation E-Mail with a new password, please check your junk-mail or bulk E-Mail folders. Sometimes these E-Mails are incorrectly categorized as SPAM. To prevent this from happening in the future, please add bagalleries.com to your whitelist / authorized user list.
